Contextus Privacy Policy
Last Updated: May 23, 2026
1. What we collect
Contextus stores the information needed to operate your account, workspace, governed agent workflows, approvals, billing, and audit records. This can include your email address, organization membership, workflow templates, approval history, and product telemetry you choose to send.
2. Why we use it
- To authenticate you and protect your account
- To run approvals, policies, audit trails, and governed actions
- To calculate usage, plan limits, and billing state
- To improve reliability, performance, and support response
3. Emails and notifications
We use transactional email for login codes, verification codes, password resets, and critical account notices. Browser and in-app notification preferences are stored so you can control approval and alert delivery.
4. Telemetry and logs
We collect operational logs, usage metrics, and error reports needed to secure and improve the platform. We do not intentionally expose secrets, API keys, or passwords in customer-facing interfaces.
5. Data retention
Durable records such as accounts, templates, policies, approvals, and audits are retained to operate the service and provide proof and governance history. Short-lived operational data may be cached separately and retained for shorter periods.
6. Contact
If you have privacy questions or need help with your account data, contact Coreledger through the appropriate support channel for your workspace.
